Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we try and estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order.
For a domestic shipping estimate, please enter items in your shopping cart and use our Shipping Calculator. Supply products will not be shipped to international destinations with the exception of the Phoenix Microcurrent System.

In-stock items will be shipped out of the warehouse within 48 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. Drop Ship items may take longer. Our standard mode of delivery is UPS ground (unless otherwise selected). All packages will ship "signature required" - someone must be present at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for UPS delays.

Oversized / Heavy Items
An additional fixed charge applies to oversized and overweight items such as massage tables, chairs, hydrocollators, and massage stones.
Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Products with an item status of "Drop Ship" ship directly from the manufacturer. We can confirm the date the item was shipped and, upon request, provide you with tracking information. Please contact our customer service.
